I Feel Like Praying

Oh, how I love you Father. I thank you for the love you show me. Providing for me, easing my mind when I am doubtful, soothing my heart when I feel pained, fixing my finances, and making a way when I couldn’t see a way.

Holding my hand whenever fear feels much too real. These and more are the challenges that we all face but your word says that for those who believe, take upon my yoke and I will give you rest. Lean not on our own understanding of this world and the things in it and give it to God. The battle isn’t ours but His.

I Believe God

Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me.

– Acts 27:25

We know that by your stripes we are healed, you are the ultimate doctor, and we believe in you for complete restoration of our minds, body and spirits. Let’s not cry anymore tears of sadness, what good does it do us? God doesn’t want to see you crying, yes, we can weep but there is also a time to stop crying and instead pray about everything. That’s being anxious for nothing as the bible says.

Cry out to the Lord and make a joyful noise with gladness and singing, because He is worthy to be praised. Go on your knees and make your petitions known to him, He will never leave or forsake us. Why do we forget this and try doing life on our own? His blood was shed for us, our sin debt has been paid in full, all He asks is that we love Him, respect each other, and believe in Him. It only takes a commitment, a show of love as small as a mustard seed or a blade of grass.

Don’t worry about mountains, He moves them, don’t worry about chains that you feel bound to, He breaks them, and don’t ever fret over what you will eat, drink, or clothes. He fed thousands with just a few loaves of bread and a few fish, don’t you know He hears your prayers and knows your heart before you even ask him for anything?

Trust in Him, draw nearer to Him and He will draw nearer to you. Repent for your sins and I believe we will have all of this and more. Patience is the key. When you least expect it, there your answer will be. Be still, peace be still, and thank Him for your life. He woke us today, it may not be a perfect day and you may not feel as perfect as you would like to but, His love is perfect and unfailing.

He is there.

Holy Spirit, fill us with your power and show us the perfect plan you have for our lives.

I thank you for healing these temples Lord. I thank you for being the leader of our lives. Let me be and use me as your vessel so that I might be a blessing to someone else. it might be something as small as a hug, a smile, a nod in agreement, or sharing a story or two with someone who looks as if they could use a friend. Be honest and sincere in your love for God and don’t be afraid to proclaim your love for Him in public. If you care, pray and think of him in private, you must show action in public. He sees and hears everything.

I say this prayer for all of us:

My Father, I know without Jesus I am lost. I believe Jesus died for me and everything I’ve done wrong is forgiven. I believe Jesus is alive and i make Him the leader of my life. The spirit of the most holy fill my heart and show me what your plan is for me, today and everyday. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
