Stephen Schaffer and his wife Ruth have been in the mission field for over 30 years, spending much of that time in Asia. Today, they are directing their efforts stateside and continue to encourage and inspire others in their walk in Christ. During their time in Asia, Stephen and Ruth Schaefer each taught two semesters a year at Bharat Bible College in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, South India. Stephen also preached about four times each week at the college and in various ministries such as village churches, pastorsโ conferences, and evangelistic ministries. Ruth taught elementary school chapel in the Christian school connected to the college.
